Ingeniero y presidente del ClubGAMeC de Bergamo. Bio en inglés Giuseppe Casarotto is an engineer, business executive and an avid collector of contemporary art. His research began in the eighties, initially collecting works by established italian artists, then shifting to young international artists. Since 2014 he is Chairman of ClubGAMEC board of directors, a cultural association that brings together 150 members in order to promote and support Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea of Bergamo in spreading the art of our time. He is co-founder, together with six other private collectors, of a collection of active video art which focuses on the acquisition of video art’s works and the promotion of young video artists.
