Descripción del Profesional del arte

Isabel Croxatto (Santiago, Chile, 1963) is a choreographer, scenic researcher, and contemporary art cultural manager. She holds a degree in Performing Arts from the Universidad Mayor of Chile, with specialization studies in Chile, the United States, France, and Japan. Throughout her 35-year career as a dancer and choreographer, she has created and directed more than 20 choreographic productions. Her choreographic work has been recognized, among others, with the Altazor Prize and the National Fund for the Arts FONDART of the Chilean Ministry of Culture. In 2012 she founded Isabel Croxatto Galería, an international contemporary art gallery based in Santiago, Chile, of which she is the director. With an independent work rooted in self-management, Isabel Croxatto has been a pioneer in the Chilean art scene, exploring new alternatives in the exhibition field, with an excellent capacity for developing and projecting the careers of emerging artists and the opening of markets for Chilean ... art in Asia.
