Descripción de la Exposición

It all began when I started observing the world around me; I wanted to freeze moments that were in fact running their course and would eventually disappear: fading sunsets, unrepeatable trips, things "dancing" due to the wind, but that always end surrounded by light. The aim of my work, beyond an aesthetic search, is to show meanings, what each one of us is, what each person feels, talents that we all have within us. I believe we all have something to awaken in us, something to discover, such as our passions - but we find them when we actually experience this. My artistic process begins whenever a person or a place show me their very essence, that's when I create an image. I use natural light, landscapes and ruins to create the atmosphere I wish to convey. In the midst of these scenarios, I use my camera to pursue dances and acrobatics, thus transmitting pure moments. One day I decided this would be part of each day, because I believe that wanting to share the desire for discovery is something that leads to success. It is my most beautiful game: turning those movements, people, smiles, landscapes, ruins, dances and acrobatics, into something that is timeless. Natalia Terry
