Baltimore and Buenos Aires street artists team up for an exchange program to explore the roots and cultural identities which shape our communities. This cultural exchange program consists of a two-part collaboration between Section1 (Baltimore) and BA Street Art (Buenos Aires) – two organizations that support the urban art scene in both cities. Part one is a group show entitled “Roots-Raices”, to be hosted in partnership with Gallery 788. Paintings from 14 artists will be on display, seven from Buenos Aires and seven from Baltimore.
Curators:
Richard Best and Alex French of Section 1 are curating the artworks by the Baltimore artists while Matt Fox-Tucker, director of BA Street Art is curating works by the artists from Buenos Aires.

From Argentina: Alfredo Segatori, El Marian, Luxor, Primo (Nicolas Germani and Sasha Reisin), PatxiMazzoni Alonso and Ice.
From Baltimore: Gaia, Pablo Machioli, Paul Mericle, Lee Nowell-Wilson, Ernest Shaw, CheLove, MasPaz, Michael Owen, Billy...Mode, Nether, HKS 181 and Gregg Deal.
