A doctor by profession, Pérez Valdés has been active in photography for a decade; his work is fundamentally tied to landscapes and nature.

Lives and works between Florida and Costa Rica.

He studied at the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts (1964-1966) and in the National School for the Arts (1967-1971). He has participated in individual and collective expositions in over 30 countries (Mexico, the United States, Japan, Italy, France, etc.) Among his most significant individual exhibitions are: Tomás Sánchez: A Retrospective at the National Museum of Fine Art (Havana, Cuba, 1985); Tomás Sánchez: Different Worlds at the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, Florida, USA, in 1996 and the 60th anniversary celebration, Tomás Sánchez: A Retrospective, in May 2008 at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Monterrey, Mexico.

Lives and works in New York.

Taquechel has taught photography as a professor at the Institute for Industrial Design, Havana, Cuba, and as an instructor at Miami Dade College.

Inés White, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Lives and works in Buenos Aires.

Lawyer and photographer. Studied in the Andy Goldstein School of Photography and as well as in the school of the photographer Diego Ortiz Mugica. She has exhibited in individual and group shows in Argentina, Peru, Spain, Canada and the United States.
