Descripción de la Organización

Colección Contemporánea is a privately owned museum. We are art lovers and aficionados who have dedicated our lives to finding eye-catching visual expressions. Our goal is to bring to Mexico City the passion we have for art and share it with the public free of charge. Owned by collector and entrepreneur Gina Diez-Barroso de Franklin, the space opened its doors in late 2015, with half of the museum housing Diez-Barroso’s private collection that features artists such as Robert Indiana, Liu Bolin, Marcus Lyon and Lu Shengzhong to name a few, with the other half hosting temporary exhibitions.
