L21 is pleased to announce "341 Pasos" (341 Steps), a solo exhibition by the Chilean artist Alejandro Leonhardt (Puerto Varas, 1985).
"341 Steps" refers to the walking distance that the artist takes going from L21 to the plot located between the streets Gremi de Ferrers and Gremi de Sabaters. A plot of land on sale destined for edification which has been abandoned for years. A place where vegetation and waste coexist. This is the starting point for a new series of works that continue the investigative line of the author, which looks into new interpretative gaps of the existent, parting from the waste that the individual leaves behind as a by-product of habitation. The opening will take part next Friday 24th from 17:04h.
