Deeply rooted in their respective identities and stories, the selected artists distinguish themselves by their freedom of tone and originality of their artistic voice. Resolutely turned towards modernity, and at the same time remaining very attached to their African values, these artists affirm that sociocultural differences are a source of wealth. Observers of the world they live in, they take an enlightened and critical look at our society and record its history, while participating in the living memory of their cultures and redefining their link to the world. She will be exhibiting at OOA Gallery an eclectic selection of colorful and unique hand crafted creations by talented artists and artisans discovered through her numerous travels. The signature of her first collection in this pop up event is decidedly Ethnic Chic with a twist of art... Bed covers, hand-painted kilims, table cloths, cushions, ceramics, baskets, and more for an inspiring rendez-vous at OOA!
