“Ceramics, Music and Gastronomy are all very similar in terms of technique and attitude. The approach to making a ceramic collection is a lot like making an album or a menu, where every new piece of clay is like a song or a plate of food. And the sum of the parts created make an album where all the songs have a certain harmony. And a general unique feeling. We think the same thing goes for restaurants. The chef has to give a culinary style and personality to the restaurant. Our studio looks to weave these creative influences into a mixture of kitchen and rehearsal space: Ceramic Bistronomy."
